The first 25 patients may complete BurnWell onboarding for $99. The $99 payment is fully credited toward the patient’s first membership month when recurring care begins. Premium Concierge includes one-time blood testing that examines select genetic variants involved in folate metabolism and medication response.

We help identify the appropriate authorized pharmacy or manufacturer-supported pathway, including home-delivery options when available.
Compounded Medication
When compounded medication is clinically appropriate and legally available, BurnWell may coordinate with appropriately licensed compounding pharmacies that meet the practice's quality and compliance standards.
We clearly explain how compounded medications differ from FDA-approved brand-name products so patients can make an informed decision.
Insurance and Affordability Investigation
BurnWell reviews insurance formularies, preferred medications, coverage requirements, prior-authorization criteria and preferred pharmacies.
We actively look for appropriate opportunities to reduce out-of-pocket costs and avoid preventable prescription delays.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed. Medication availability and eligibility depend on the patient, prescription, pharmacy, applicable requirements and current market conditions.

There is no long-term membership contract. Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice, and no partial-month refunds are provided once a billing cycle begins.
We also understand that health, family, work, travel, and finances can change unexpectedly. After three consecutive paid membership months, eligible members may use one membership freeze of one, two, or three consecutive months.
- One freeze is available during the membership.
- The freeze must be requested before the next billing date.
- A freeze cannot be applied retroactively.
- The membership automatically resumes on the agreed return date.
- Membership pricing remains protected when the member resumes as scheduled.
- Patient information, progress history, and prior plans remain preserved.
- Outstanding balances must be resolved before a freeze begins.
- A clinical review may be required when care resumes.
While a membership is frozen, active clinical services pause. This includes prescribing, refill management, provider messaging, laboratory interpretation, updated nutrition and performance plans, and scheduled 3D body-composition analysis. Medical-patient features within the BurnWell+ smartphone app also pause during the freeze. Complete membership terms are provided before enrollment.
Continuous membership provides scheduled body-composition analysis, evolving nutrition and performance plans, plateau intervention, medication oversight, BurnWell+ smartphone app access, provider support, and ongoing accountability as your body, health, and goals change.
