This Privacy Policy explains how BurnWell Medical, LLC (“BurnWell Medical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information you provide through this website (the “Site”). The Site is currently in a prelaunch phase and is used to share information about our planned services and to operate a waitlist for prospective patients in Central Florida.

Information We Collect

When you join the BurnWell Medical waitlist, we may collect the following information:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Membership interest (BurnWell Essential, BurnWell Premium Concierge, or unsure)
• Selected areas of health or service interest
• Your consent to receive updates from BurnWell Medical

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Operate and maintain the waitlist
• Respond to your inquiries
• Understand which services and programs interest prospective patients
• Provide launch information and updates about BurnWell Medical

SMS and Mobile Information

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you separately opt in, BurnWell Medical may send text messages to your mobile number in one or both of the following categories. Each category is optional and requires its own independent consent, and neither is selected by default:

• Informational text messages regarding your inquiries, waitlist status, and requested follow-ups.
• Promotional text messages regarding BurnWell Medical services, practice opening, membership opportunities, and special offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of either category at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP. When you consent, we record which consent category you selected, the date and time of your consent, the page where you provided it, and the disclosure text shown to you at that time. If you withdraw consent, we will stop sending text messages in that category. Mobile information may be processed by service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging program.

No Provider-Patient Relationship

Joining the waitlist does not create a provider-patient relationship between you and BurnWell Medical or any of its clinicians. A provider-patient relationship is established only through a formal enrollment process and a personal clinical evaluation.

The Waitlist Is Not a Patient Portal

The waitlist is a prelaunch communication tool. It is not a patient portal and should not be used to submit confidential medical information, urgent health concerns, or emergency requests. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Service Providers

To operate the Site and the waitlist, your information may be processed or stored through website, hosting, database, email, SMS delivery and telecommunications, and other operational service providers that we use to operate our business. These providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions to deliver the services we need to run the Site.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

BurnWell Medical does not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain waitlist information for as long as needed to operate the waitlist and communicate with you about BurnWell Medical launch and enrollment opportunities. If you request removal of your information, we will delete or de-identify it as described below, subject to any legal or operational requirements to retain records.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information collected. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access and Deletion Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@burnwellmedical.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Children’s Privacy

The Site and waitlist are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Analytics and Site Usage

The Site may use standard platform-level analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the Site. These tools may collect technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors for marketing purposes.
